AVOID NOISE

SLEEP WELL (8HRS)

EAT A BALANCED MEAL

REDUCE INTAKE OF ALCOHOL

LIMIT CAFEINE

LEARN CREATIVE WORRYING (if you are worried about something that you can not change , why are worried about it because you can not change it , if you are worried about something that you can change why are worried about it because you can change it CONCLUSION ‘DO NOT WORRY )
